The inequality of financial status in the United States is appalling. We as a country have become something very different than what the founding fathers intended. The drastic difference between the wealthiest people in the country and the bottom half of the American population is staggering. We need to find more financial balance in order to be successful as a democratic country that exemplifies equality.
